nWe are seeking a proactive Inside Sales skilled to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with sales and technical teams to provide customized engineering solutions. Ideal candidates will have a solid grasp of engineering concepts and a knack for building lasting client relationships.

nExperience:

1–7 years in B2B inside sales, preferably in engineering services (Automotive and Transportation) industryn

nKey Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online researchn
Fix appointments for the sales leaders for US marketn
Understand customer needs and position appropriate engineering solutions for Automotive and Transportation Industryn
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and opportunity trackingn
Coordinate and support including documentation,



follow-ups, and reportingn
Support marketing efforts by contributing insights and assisting with campaignsn
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsn

nQualifications:
n

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferredn
Proven sales experience in B2B/engineering services environmentn
Hand-on experience on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etcn
Strong verbal and written communication skillsn
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)n
