Experience with ServiceNow ITSM tool.n
Knowledge of Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 applications.n
Experience in Active Directory and account management.n
Understanding of ITIL processes; ITIL certification preferred.n
Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.n
nMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education
