Ensure process and approvals alignment for tender participationn
Drive process and ensure compliance for tender participation in a timely fashionn

nTender Tracking
n

Develop an exhaustive tender tracking regimen
Ensure capturing qualitative and quantitative data in coordination with the teamn
Proactively build readiness for major must-win tendersn
Identify external sources of data for cross-referencing and validation of informationn

n

nTender Analytics
n
n
Develop comprehensive dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviewsn
Build analytics focusing on comparison vs. Budget, across time periods to evaluate trends in Pricing, Volume, Competition etc.n
Develop a knowledge bank of information to be utilized for Negotiation with internal and external stakeholdersn
Analyze syndicated and published data sources to understand pricing trends and impact of competitionn
