Pearson is looking for a driven Outside Sales professional to cover the entire state of Kerala, focusing on our Test Preparation business. If you have a robust background in sales within the K12 or test preparation domain, excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English, and a proven track record of exceeding targets, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify recent business prospects and market trends to stay ahead in the Test Preparation ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients , understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.




Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling test preparation products.
Cover Test Preparation coaching centers, retailers, and distributors in the assigned territory, driving adoption and channel sales for Test Prep products.

Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in the Test Prep/K12 domain , with a strong track record for 5 years .
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English .
