Job Description: Collections / Bankruptcy Process
Location: Pune, India
Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Collections or Bankruptcy (Mandatory)
Shift: US Shifts
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
Manage collections and bankruptcy process cases with accuracy and efficiency.
Engage with clients/customers to resolve outstanding issues through effective communication.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and US regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve process targets and improve workflows.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections or Bankruptcy .
Excellent verbal communication skills with CEFR C1 proficiency .
Willingness to work in US shifts .
Graduation/Post-graduation completed with original educational documents available for onboarding .
