Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us connect with schools and educational institutions, build relationships, and generate current business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools and meet with principals, coordinators, and management.
Introduce and promote our educational programs and services.
Generate leads through school visits, referrals, and networking.
Arrange and conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and workshops.
Build and maintain positive relationships with schools.
Follow up with schools and interested students.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Maintain records of school visits, meetings, and leads.
Identify and develop new school partnership opportunities.




Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales .
Education or EdTech industry experience is preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and confident.
Willing to travel for school visits and meetings.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in school sales, institutional sales, education counselling, or EdTech business development .
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is confident in speaking with school management, comfortable with field visits, valuable at building relationships, and motivated to achieve targets.
