Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for thorough audits of 45 - 50 centers in the assigned territory
Timely conducting Teacher training for the franchisee's teaching Staff
Will be responsible to check & resolve parent concerns if any

Mode of Travel/Schedule:
Employees are expected to travel upto 15 days a month (outstation travel)
Format will be - 1st & 3rd Week of the month : Local Travel, 2nd & 4th Week : Outstation travel
Will be travelling locally via public transport - This changes as per the grade offered
Travel will involve overnight stay

Purpose

The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with Learning philosophy; train them in current products & programs and facilitate implementation of curriculum

Role and responsibilities
To facilitate franchise effectiveness by:
Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners
Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training
Building solid rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance
Training Centers for India and International Markets
Assisting in hiring franchise staff.
To ensure academic excellence by:
Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.
