Provide support to users of the NetSuite ERP system, assisting in troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and addressing user inquiries.
Assist with the onboarding of new users and provide ongoing training on NetSuite features and best practices.
Work with senior analysts to configure and maintain the NetSuite system, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and processes.
Responsible for providing first-line support for the NetSuite ERP system by managing and triaging service desk tickets.
Assist in creating and maintaining user manuals, system documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to understand business needs.
Stay updated on NetSuite updates, recent features, and industry trends to suggest improvements to the system.

These are the essentials you ll need to get an interview:
Technical Skills:
Bachelor s degree in information technology , Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of Finance/Accounting

Behavioural Skills:




Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
