Key Responsibilities :
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot 24x7 mission-critical production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Ensure monitored parameters are in order and solve/escalate in case of anomalies.
Ensure backups are maintained and scheduled jobs are completed.
Debug application-level issues and resolve or escalate to the engineering team.
Provide insights and feedback to the engineering and product teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Develop current features and integrations in coordination with the development team.

Experience :
5 years of experience in application support or a related field.

Skill / Pre-requisites :
Robust knowledge of Linux and Linux commands.




Experience with MySQL structured data and Mongodb unstructured data.
Thorough knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript).
Must be willing to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
Excellent logical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Awareness of cloud technologies are a definite plus.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Education :
Bachelor's degree in computer science or graduation or equivalent.
Certification if any .
