Good understanding of Classic View, Contemporary Pages, Lists, Document Libraries, etc.
Valuable understanding of SharePoint Server/Online User Access & Permissions Model
Aware of App Catalog, Apps, Site Settings, Site Content, etc.
Aware of App Parts/Web parts and it's deployment model

Additionally, weightage, if having experience in Plumsail Form Designer App for SharePoint Online (Office365).
Additionally, weightage, if experience in Identity Management with SharePoint like Active directory, OKTA Integration, etc.
