Profile :- Relationship Officer (Gold Loan)*

Work Type: 100% Field Work

Job Role :-

1- To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target

2- Create and maintain strict credit discipline, ensuring zero defaults in recovery

3- Monitor the loan portfolio, including conducting loan utilization checks and regular

monitoring visits

4- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and practices, while continuously

contributing to their improvement

5- Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting

6- Understand customer needs and respond to queries and issues to ensure customer

satisfaction

7- Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicants, obtaining signatures

and notarization, and collecting fees

8-Perform any other work assigned from time to time

CTC: Up to ₹4LPA + Incentives

Age must be below 28 years.

Eligibility. : Graduation mandatory,

Candidates Should have at least 1 years of exp in Gold Loan product.
