The Role

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to support and enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of our high-frequency trading workplace.

You will monitor production trading systems, troubleshoot operational issues, automate workflows,



and work closely with developers and traders to ensure reliable day-to-day trading operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines production support, automation, monitoring, and deployment in a fast-paced, production-critical workplace.

What You’ll Do
Monitor day-to-day operations of production trading systems and ensure their reliability and availability.
Monitor system health, performance, and operational workflows across the trading workplace.
Identify system and process issues, investigate causes, and ensure timely resolution.
Investigate production alerts, incidents, and system anomalies and coordinate appropriate remediation.
Develop Python and Shell/Bash scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Build and improve automation tools that support production trading workflows.
Implement, test, deploy, and maintain operational tools and utilities.
