Job Description
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Drive business growth through effective sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Expand and strengthen distributor networks while ensuring effective channel management.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Lead regional marketing activations, trade promotions, and product launch initiatives.
Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, industry bodies, influencers, and key channel partners.
Support project sales by developing builder relationships and generating new business opportunities.




Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key customer accounts.
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams across the region.
Drive operational excellence and ensure achievement of defined sales objectives.

The Successful Applicant
12+ years of experience in sales and marketing within building materials, construction products, industrial products, or related sectors.
Proven experience managing regional sales operations and distributor networks.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
Excellent business planning, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred for the Kolkata region.
