Job Description
Drive end-to-end liaisoning and coordination with government departments, municipal authorities, planning agencies, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.
Facilitate timely acquisition of statutory approvals, permits, NOCs, and clearances required for project development and execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, industry bodies, and local authorities.
Monitor changes in regulatory policies, government notifications, and industry developments, assessing their impact on business operations.
Support project and leadership teams in resolving approval-related issues and mitigating regulatory risks.
Represent the company at government forums, industry associations, and stakeholder meetings as required.
Collaborate with internal teams including Projects, Legal, Design, Sales,



and Finance to ensure seamless execution of corporate affairs initiatives.
Provide strategic inputs on land acquisition, project approvals, and regulatory compliance matters across the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance practices.
Experience in the property or building and construction industry.
Robust understanding of regulatory frameworks in India.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle legal and corporate documentation.15+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Liaisoning, or Regulatory Affairs within real estate, infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
Solid network and working relationships with government and regulatory authorities in the Pune region.
