About the Role

We're looking for an AI Video Editor – Motion Graphics with 1–2 years of experience who can combine solid video editing and motion design skills with an AI-first approach to content creation. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create engaging, high-quality video content while using AI to experiment, move faster and push the boundaries of what's possible.

The charter for this role will include:

/n
Edit and create short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns and performance marketing.
/n
Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography and visual effects.
/n
Use AI tools to generate visuals, video assets, animations, voiceovers and other creative elements.
/n
Combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing and motion graphics to create polished content.
/n
Take a brief, idea or script and turn it into a finished video with minimal supervision.
/n
Create multiple creative variations quickly for social and performance campaigns.
/n




Experiment with recent AI video tools, editing techniques and visual formats.
/n
Build efficient AI-assisted workflows across ideation, production and post-production.
/n
Work closely with creative, content and marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life.
/n

Ideal Persona:

/n

/n
1–2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics or a similar creative role.
/n
Strong hands-on experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
/n
Good understanding of motion design, animation, typography, pacing and visual storytelling.
/n
Hands-on experience with AI creative/video tools and a genuine interest in experimenting with them.
/n
Someone who can create visuals from scratch, not just edit existing footage.
/n
Strong visual taste with an understanding of what works for social and digital content.
/n
Quick, curious and comfortable experimenting with current tools and formats.
