This is a structured three-month internship and learning prospect. The program is designed to provide practical exposure to Vector, real-world customer problems, mentorship and hands-on product development. Role Overview

Product research and use-case discovery; understanding customer needs and user journeys; requirements definition and product documentation; translating Vector's Six Intelligence Model into meaningful product experiences.

Requirements

• Product discovery: research customer problems, personas, workflows and pain points; identify opportunities for intelligence, recommendations and automation; conduct competitive and market research.

• Six Intelligence Model: map use cases to Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective and Adaptive modes; help define how intelligence should be presented to users.

• Product definition: create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, journeys and workflows; work with engineering teams; maintain
