The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in the D2C space, preferred experience in the personal care space
Hands-on experience building brands from 0 to 1, 1 to 10, and ideally 10 to 100 scale.
Strong understanding of P&L; management and business economics.
Proven track record in current product development (NPD), category creation and business incubation.
Experience identifying whitespace opportunities and launching new consumer propositions.
Ability to independently solve business problems and drive GTM strategy.




Robust commercial acumen coupled with marketing and brand-building expertise.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution orientation.Experience driving assortment strategy, innovation pipelines and growth initiatives
