Job Description
Complete ownership of SMS (Steel Melt Shop) and Foundry operations
Lead end-to-end SMS and foundry operations.
Decide raw material mix and metallurgical composition.
Ensure billet quality and production efficiency.
Lead plant teams and coordinate with downstream operations.
Drive process improvements aligned with business requirement
The Successful Applicant
BE/BTech, preferably in Metallurgical Engineering.
12+ years leading Steel Melt Shop operations.
Experience with large induction furnaces (20 MT+).
Robust exposure to scrap-based TMT manufacturing.
Experience managing metallurgical controls and billet quality.
