Job DescriptionPosition: Finance Specialist - Invoicing (US, UK & Canada)
nLocation: Pune
nShift Time: 6:30PM-3:30AM IST (US Shift)
nEmployment Type: Full Time/Onsite role
nStratacent is looking for a finance professional with strong experience in client invoicing, accounts receivable, and billing operations, preferably in an IT services / IT staffing setting. The role focuses on managing end-to-end invoicing cycles, collections, and financial accuracy.
nResponsibilities:
nManage end-to-end client invoicing and billing cycles
nGenerate invoices based on timesheets / billable hours / contracts
nHandle Accounts Receivable (AR) including collections and follow-ups
nPerform reconciliations (bank, customer accounts, invoices)
nTrack outstanding payments, aging reports, and resolve discrepancies
nCoordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams (HR/Delivery/Payroll)
nMaintain accurate records in QuickBooks / similar tools
nSupport month-end close and reporting activities
nRequired:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting,



or a related field (or equivalent experience).n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.n
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.n

nMust Have:
nExperience in client invoicing / billing (AR side)
nExposure to timesheet-based invoicing / contract billing
nBackground in IT services / IT staffing / KPO (US accounting)
nHands-on with QuickBooks / similar tools
nGood communication for client interaction and follow-ups
nPreferred Qualifications:

Certified Bookkeeper designation (e.g., AIPB or NACPB) is a plus.n
