The Customer Acquisition Manager (CAM/Sr. CAM) is responsible for acquiring current MSME clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) products through direct channels and driving sales growth. This is a target-driven, field-based role requiring robust market presence, relationship management, and coordination across internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Lead Generation
Identify and acquire new MSME customers through field visits, telecalling, references, micro-marketing activities, and local market research.
Build a solid local market presence to generate a steady pipeline of secured LAP business leads.
Develop and manage a profitable customer pool of 25 MSME clients as a Key
