6+ years of experience in database administration with a focus on MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle databases.n
Hands-on experience with database backups, performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.n
Knowledge of high availability (HA) setups for databases and systems.n
Good understanding of security best practices for database environments.n
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.n
Ability to work in a quick-paced, collaborative setting.n

nNice to have Skills:

Experience with database management tools (e.g., Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM)).n
Experience with MongoDB Ops Manager and database replication strategies.n
Certifications in database management or related technologies are a plus.n

nEducational Qualification:
n• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
