Job Description:

Role Overview

The Zonal Key Account Engineer will manage field campaigns and provide technical support for diesel-engine installations and customer accounts. The role covers commissioning, troubleshooting, failure analysis, maintenance support, customer-service tracking, and identification of service-led business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage field campaigns from initiation through timely closure.
Support installation and commissioning of diesel-engine systems.
Diagnose engine and aftertreatment-system issues.
Conduct failure and root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
Track maintenance-contract commitments and customer-service requirements.
Maintain robust relationships with key customers and service stakeholders.
Conduct equipment health checks and identify service prospects.
Support lead generation through customer engagement and technical assessments.
Maintain accurate campaign, service, and closure records.
