nJob Summary

nWe are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Business Development Manager — Oil & Gas to drive market expansion and revenue growth in the assigned region. The role focuses on developing recent business, strengthening key customer and channel relationships, and building a strong project pipeline in the Oil & Gas segment, including refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, fertilizer, and related process industries.



The candidate will own the complete business development cycle — from market strategy and prospect creation to order closure — while working closely with cross-functional teams and, where applicable, guiding the sales team to achieve business objectives.

nKey Responsibilities

Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Oil & Gas segment in the assigned regionn
Drive revenue growth, order intake, and market share expansion in refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, fertilizer, and related process industriesn
Identify, evaluate, and develop current business opportunities with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and channel partnersn
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and industry influencersn
Develop and manage the channel partner and distributor networkn
Track upcoming projects, tenders, shutdown opportunities, and plant expansion plans to build a healthy project pipelinen
