nKey Responsibilities:

nEnd-to-End Execution: Anchor and oversee complete Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works in office.
n
nMEP Management: Supervise and manage all technical aspects of MEP work across high-rise residential projects.
n
nDesign & Coordination: Lead design coordination with consultants and structural/architectural teams.
n
nEstimation & Budgeting: Finalize Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare comprehensive project budgets.
n
nPlanning & Monitoring: Prepare detailed schedules and monitor progress to ensure cost-effective, time-bound project completion in compliance with organizational policies.
