nThe Finance Specialist will support the company's financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, basic compliance, and reliable reporting. This role is suited for someone who can balance execution with analysis, without needing a therapy session every time a spreadsheet gets complicated.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Financial Operations & Accounting

Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, invoicing, payments)n




Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentationn
Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactionsn
Support payroll inputs and final settlementsn

n2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial summariesn
Track key financial metrics and highlight trends or variancesn
Support preparation of basic financial statementsn
