Job Title: Life Insurance Advisor

Position Overview
We are looking for a goal-driven Life Insurance Advisor to help clients secure their financial futures. You will assess client needs, recommend personalized life insurance policies, and build long-term advisory relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suited coverage (term, whole life, annuities).

Business Development: Prospect and convert leads through networking, referrals, and outreach to meet sales targets.

Policy Management: Assist clients with applications, medical underwriting, policy updates, and claims support.

Compliance: Adhere strictly to industry regulations, ethics standards, and licensing requirements.

Key Requirements
Education & License: High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred); active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).

Experience: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred.

Skills: Robust communication, active listening, negotiation, and CRM software proficiency.
