Release Manager – 10 - 13 Years Exp. – Bangalore Only
o Lead and manage PI Planning activities across multiple Agile teams and workstreams.
o Coordinate and guide 8 Scrum Masters to ensure alignment, delivery cadence, and program-level visibility.
o Plan, schedule, and manage release cycles, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across all teams.
o Track and manage risks, dependencies, and release readiness criteria across the ART.
o Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps to streamline release processes and improve delivery predictability.
o Maintain release dashboards, metrics, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
