We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer with robust expertise in Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Epic provisioning within healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions in SailPoint ISC, with a robust focus on Active Directory identity lifecycle management, provisioning, governance, compliance, and Epic access automation.
Key Responsibilities

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) & Active Directory
Design, implement, and support SailPoint ISC solutions for identity lifecycle management.
Manage and administer Active Directory (AD) identity lifecycle, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, group management, OU management, and account lifecycle automation.
Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint Active Directory connectors, provisioning policies, and synchronization processes.
Configure onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and birthright provisioning workflows.




Integrate and maintain connectors including Active Directory, Azure AD, Epic EHR, and enterprise applications.
Develop and manage custom rules, transforms, identity profiles, roles, and policies.
Support certification campaigns, access reviews, SoD controls, and governance processes.
Troubleshoot provisioning failures, Active Directory synchronization issues, connector issues, and integration challenges.
Support hybrid identity environments involving Active Directory and Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID).

Requirements
3–7+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
2–5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) administration and SailPoint AD integrations (Client Mandatory).
