Key Responsibilities

Execute and support end-to-end SOX 404 audit activities, including planning, walkthroughs, control testing, remediation, and reporting.

Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across business and IT processes.

Prepare transparent, concise, and well-structured audit workpapers, testing documentation, and technical process documents.

Assist in identifying control gaps, process inefficiencies, and prospects for improvements.

Work collaboratively with process owners, control owners, and cross-functional teams to understand workflows and gather required evidence.

Support internal audit projects beyond SOX, including operational audits, risk assessments, and special reviews as needed.

Ensure compliance with internal audit methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
