Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong backend expertise in Java and Spring technologies along with frontend experience in Angular or React. The role requires technical leadership, solution design capability, and team coordination skills for large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end full stack application development projects.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Build contemporary UI applications using Angular or React.
Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
Mentor and guide development teams on best coding practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA,



and DevOps teams.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
Drive CI/CD and DevOps best practices within the development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills
Robust expertise in Core Java and Java 8+ concepts.
Hands-on experience in:
Spring Boot
Spring MVC

Hibernate/JPA
Microservices Architecture
Frontend expertise in:
Angular 10+ or ReactJS
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
Strong experience in RESTful APIs and web services.
