Requirements
4+ years in Marketing Automation, Martech, CRM Operations, or related development.
Experienced Braze Marketing Automation Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
Develop Braze Canvases, Campaigns, Segments, Liquid personalization, Connected Content, Catalogs, and API-triggered messaging.
Build event-driven campaigns using customer attributes, custom events, segmentation, and audience data.
Develop responsive email templates using HTML/CSS and Liquid.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Support SFMC-to-Braze migration/re-platforming, including journeys, automations, data extensions,



and personalization.
Troubleshoot campaign logic, data quality, rendering, API, and messaging issues.
Support deliverability, consent, suppression, preference management, and compliance requirements.
Establish QA standards, documentation, reusable components, naming conventions, and release processes.
Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.
Strong knowledge of Braze Canvas, Campaigns, Segments, Liquid, Custom Events, Attributes, Subscription Groups, and API-triggered messaging.
Robust HTML/CSS, responsive email development, personalization, and rendering QA skills.
Experience with multi-channel marketing: Email, SMS, Push, and In-App.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, data flows, audience synchronization, segmentation, consent, and preference management.
Solid troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration skills.
