Job Responsibilities:
· Revenue, Margin Planning and Tracking of Margin improvement plans
· Demand Management / Demand fulfilment
· Bench Management, Release Management Planning and allocation
· Reporting Governance with top accounts / Recent deals
· Net Add Planning / Tracking.
· Workforce Rotation planning and management.
· Deal Pipeline reviews and Delivery readiness management.
· Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Create a detailed project plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
· Hands on knowledge of MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Project management tools.
· Reporting to BU PMO Head.
