Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations during night shifts.
Welcome and assist patients/visitors.
Handle appointments, registrations, and inquiries.
Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff as required.
Ensure smooth functioning of the reception area during night hours.

Work Schedule:
Shift Duration: 13 Hours
Shift Timings: Between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM
Work Pattern: 2 Nights Working followed by 2 Days Off

Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant reception or front office experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in continuous night shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
