Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and prospects.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, online research, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
Identify potential B2B/SaaS clients and understand their business requirements.
Introduce and explain SaaS products/services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and potential fit.
Schedule meetings and product/service demos with qualified prospects.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales/client success team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and calling targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets.

Requirements

Requirements
1–1.5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation,



Telecalling, or a similar role.
Prior experience with SaaS, B2B sales, or international sales will be preferred.
Robust verbal and written English communication skills.
Confident and comfortable making a high volume of cold calls.
Good understanding of lead generation and sales prospecting.
Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively.
Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting is an added advantage.
Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with international clients.
