Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Ensure the timely reporting of ORC with adequate information and timely closer of ORCs.
Able to understand the Real-World Usage Practices of different Applications, different implements and their suitability with tractor.
Data analysis ability to understand the failure data & benchmarking performance trials.
Data Management of different projects.
Support to Project Managers for test plan as per field availability and seasons.
Local field trials on performance and suitability and submission of report
Timely submission and preparation of reports of projects
Tractor running execution as per scheduled plan of endurance testing.
Reports of ORCs with complete details and photographs
Thorough knowledge of Field Application and failure analysis
Repair & maintenance of testing tractors
Field Visits to monitor the testing tractors
Handling store (stock of spare parts)
Documentation of testing records at Test Site
Coordination with local university/farm officers/ local customers

Education Qualification

B.Tech - Mechanical / Agriculture Engg.

General Experience

A person with 3 to 5 years of experience in tractor field testing.
