Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Head / DGM / GM to lead and drive the company's Pan-India franchise expansion strategy. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current markets, acquiring franchise partners, negotiating commercial terms, launching recent outlets and ensuring long-term franchisee profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Pan-India franchise expansion strategy.
Identify new cities, territories and high-potential markets for expansion.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of HNI investors, entrepreneurs and franchise partners.




Drive the complete franchise lifecycle – lead generation, evaluation, negotiation, agreement, onboarding and store launch.
Develop commercially viable franchise business models, ROI structures, franchise fees and royalty models.
Lead negotiations with franchise partners and strategic investors.
Evaluate franchisee financial capability, location potential and business suitability.
Coordinate with Projects, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Supply Chain teams for successful outlet launches.
Establish strong relationships with existing franchisees and drive franchisee retention, revenue growth and profitability.
Monitor franchise performance, sales, ROI, operational standards and compliance.
Build and lead the franchise/business development team and set expansion targets.
Track competitor activity, market trends and identify recent business opportunities.
