Job description:

Sales Manager ASMA Residencies Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, corporate leasing, real estate

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand ASMAs corporate client base.

Build and maintain solid relationships with MNCs, embassies, and corporate clients.

Drive revenue growth through corporate leasing, serviced apartments, and facility management services.

Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with clients.

Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.

Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain Sales MIS.

Key Requirements:

Proven track record in corporate sales, business development, or leasing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.

Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
