Position: Sales Promotions Officer Location: Mumbai
Region: Western India
CTC: 4 – 4.5 LPA
Travel: Extensive travel across the Western Region
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Promotions, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising or Retail Execution, preferably from the Toy / FMCG industry, with exposure to Modern Trade, General Trade or Specialty Retail. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute sales promotions, festive/seasonal campaigns and product promotions across the region.
Drive visual merchandising, product placement, shelf visibility and POSM execution across retail outlets.
Coordinate with Sales Teams, distributors, dealers, modern trade and retail stores for effective promotional execution.




Conduct regular market visits and store audits across Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.
Ensure effective execution of displays, standees, gondolas, shelf branding and other promotional materials.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, displays and current product launches and provide market feedback.
Identify prospects to improve retail visibility, display space and product off-take.
Maintain market visit, promotion, POSM and competitor activity reports.
Support current product launches and regional marketing initiatives.
