Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly MIS reports covering P&L;, cash flow, revenue,
expenses, receivables, payables, ageing, and key financial ratios. Analyse financial data, identify
important trends and variances, and present reports in a transparent and management-friendly format
to support decision-making.
Financial Analysis - Analyse financial statements, profitability, margins, expenses, working capital,
and overall business performance. Prepare financial projections.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management - Monitor cash inflows and outflows, prepare cash flow
projections, and analyse receivables, payables, and working capital requirements to identify
funding gaps.
Budgeting & Performance Analysis - Assist in preparing budgets, business plans, and forecasts.
Compare actual performance with budgets, analyse variances, and provide insights on business
performance.
Cost Optimization & Process Improvement - Identify areas of cost saving, suggest improvements
to financial processes, and help strengthen internal controls to reduce errors and financial risks
Client & Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with clients, auditors,



tax consultants, and internal
teams for financial data, documentation, reconciliations, and resolution of finance-related queries.
Compliance Review – Review of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other compliance requirements.
Review financial data for completeness, accuracy, and discrepancies.
Client Engagement & Deliverable Management - Manage multiple client assignments, track
deadlines, coordinate deliverables, follow up on pending requirements, and ensure timely and
accurate completion of Virtual CFO assignments. Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with a positive understanding of advanced
Excel, Power BI, and AI tools for finance. Positive communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, bankers, and other
stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines for recurring Virtual CFO deliverables. Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software, with a basic understanding
of Income Tax, GST, and ROC compliances.
