2 PCC Monitoring & Maintenance (Process parameters verification)

3 Ensure Tool loading as per Plan board & maintaining die loading within 60 min (Including shift change time)

4 Hourly Prod vs Act monitoring, review operators in case of prod loss

5 Reviewing rejection once in 2 hours and take action accordingly

6 Training to operators for Safety, productivity, abnormal situation handling , discipline & JH Sheet Updation in shift starting.

7 Process related Breakdown analysis & Reduction plan.

8 Responsible for Machine area 5'S

9 Active participant in Red bin meeting & Convey communications, Implement actions accordingly

10 Responsible for overflow re-melting, ensure no mix up before and after melting, ensure movement with color code.

11 Plunger tip life Monitoring,



Cycle time study & Other MACE programme Productivity improvements data collection on Daily Basis and Mail.

12 Consumables consumption control.

13 Responsible for Operator Safety

14 Highlighting problems in Last shot report and verifying it before die loading

15 Tool Readiness verification as per die loading plan

16 All Documents weekly review and updation

17 Timely submission of Monthly Kaizens/ Improvements as per respective shift targets.

18 Machine Shop Efficiency report/OEE and breakdown monitoring
19 Die casting Process

20 VMC / CNC Operations

21 Machine Shop field experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
