DREAMS is an early-stage entertainment company creating original stories for Indian audiences.

We're looking for an AI Video Creator & Editor who enjoys making things, experimenting with recent tools and refining a scene until it works. You'll work closely with our Lead AI Filmmaker and founders on our first films, series and promotional videos.

What you'll do
Create characters, environments and video shots from creative briefs.
Use image and video references to maintain consistency between shots.
Edit generated footage into explicit, engaging scenes and short teasers.
Add dialogue, sound effects, music and subtitles where needed.
Fix visual errors, awkward cuts and inconsistent movement.
Organise project files and deliver polished videos in the required formats.

What we're looking for
Examples of AI videos or edits you have personally made.
Hands-on ability with AI image/video tools and at least one video editor.
A positive eye for composition, timing, continuity and detail.
Willingness to take feedback,



experiment and finish the work.
Interest in cinema, entertainment and stories that connect with Indian audiences.

You don't need a famous studio on your CV. Personal projects count - show us what you can make and explain how you made it.
