Revit Detailer / Modeler – Precast

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Create accurate 3D structural/precast models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare GA, shop, fabrication and erection drawings.
Model and detail reinforcement, embeds, inserts, connections and openings.
Create Revit views, sheets, schedules, tags and assemblies.
Prepare BOM/MTO and material schedules from Revit models.
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Coordinate models and drawings with engineers and project teams.
Identify and resolve modelling/detailing issues and clashes.
Incorporate design revisions and review comments.
Maintain project BIM and drawing standards.





Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Revit Structure.
Positive knowledge of Precast / RCC / Structural modelling.
Knowledge of Revit Reinforcement and detailing.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Revit Schedules, Assemblies, Tags and Families.
Basic knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection.
Good understanding of structural drawings and engineering fundamentals.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Note: Candidates with Revit Architecture-only experience will not be considered; Revit Structure/Precast experience is required.
