Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM

About the Role (Overview)

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, data entry, reconciliations, and basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

How You Will Add Value (Core Responsibilities)
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice processing, verification, and vendor payments.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including customer invoices, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
Perform daily accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Maintain and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS,



and other basic statutory accounting activities.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS/reports.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for accounting-related queries.
Support the senior finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)
3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
Positive understanding of AP, AR, basic accounting, and reconciliations.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field preferred.
