Key Must-Have Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Frontend Technical Lead / Engineering Lead roles.
Strong experience in Frontend Architecture, Component-Based Architecture, Design Systems, and Micro Frontend Architecture.
Positive understanding of Module Federation, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, Context API.
Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets and frontend performance optimization.
Hands-on exposure to Vite, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress / Playwright.
Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms – Azure / AWS.
Positive understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP, WCAG and ARIA.
Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring and stakeholder management.

Good to Have:
Storybook, Nx Monorepo, TurboRepo.
Figma / Adobe XD.
AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
Experience in Product Engineering and building reusable Design Systems.
