Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients and prospective customers to explain hospital services, health check-ups, memberships, packages, and offers.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding consultations, appointments, doctors, departments, and hospital services.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, enquiries, health packages, and membership registrations.
Explain healthcare membership plans, benefits, discounts, and terms clearly to patients and their family members.
Generate leads through telephone calls and convert enquiries into appointments or memberships.
Maintain proper records of calls, patient enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the front office, doctors, marketing, and other departments whenever required.
Follow up with patients after consultations or enquiries to improve engagement and encourage future visits.
Handle patient queries professionally and escalate complaints or complex queries to the concerned department.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.




Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Perform any other telecalling or patient-support activities assigned by the management.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
Positive communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi.
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
Previous experience in healthcare telecalling, sales, customer service, or hospital operations will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
