Key Responsibilities
Operations: Manage daily activities of the hospital pharmacy. [1]
Dispensing: Review, validate, and oversee the accurate dispensing of prescriptions. [1]
Staff Management: Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff. Coordinate team shifts and workflows. [1]
Inventory Control: Handle medicine procurement, safe storage, and stock levels. Track expiration dates and minimize waste. [1]
Collaboration: Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams regarding patient medication therapy. [1]
Compliance: Follow hospital policies, legal rules, and safety regulations. [1]

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D).
Experience: Prior experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy workplace managing operations and staff. [1]
Skills: Robust knowledge of pharmacology, inventory management, and prescription verification. Valuable communication skills. [1]

Pay: ₹13,026.70 - ₹45,000.79 per month
