We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that organizational goals are achieved. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain quality standards and improve overall productivity.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
