Job Description:
Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding related products.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate sample dispatches with warehouse/supply chain teams.
Track sample approvals, customer feedback, and trial results.
Maintain customer databases, inquiry logs, and sales pipelines in CRM.
Follow up with customers for quotations, repeat orders, and payments.
Coordinate with Sales Managers and Branch teams for order closures.
Maintain inventory checks and information flow to ensure timely product availability.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Support sales team with documentation, reports, and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate ( any relevant field).
3–8 years of inside sales experience.
Experience in chemical / manufacturing industry is a robust advantage.
Strong communication skills .
