Role Description

The Retail Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles and supporting overall HR operations. Key responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing,



and onboarding candidates for retail positions, developing recruitment pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers. The role also involves supporting retention strategies and employee satisfaction initiatives for retail staff. This is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai.

Qualifications
Experience in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Candidate Screening
Proficiency in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, and Retention Strategies
Strong understanding of Retail Workforce Requirements and Industry-specific Hiring Needs
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
Familiarity with HR Tools, Systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in retail recruitment is highly desirable
