Role

We are looking for a Beauty Consultant who is passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness, and customer experience. The role involves providing personalized product recommendations, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and driving retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, bath & body, and wellness products.
Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage, and routines.
Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.




Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain product displays, store hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
Stay updated on new products, launches, ingredients, and beauty trends.
Support store promotions, sampling, and brand activities.

Requirements
Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality preferred.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and ingredients.
Passion for beauty and delivering premium customer experiences.
Robust sales and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and comfortable working in a retail environment.
